If something interests you, let Lê Mai know. Every kind of interaction is welcome: likes, comments, shares, critiques, questions, suggestions.
Feedback and tips to improve the products or the experience are always heard, when they are constructive.
Need help
For questions about soap, liquid soap, essential oils, body oils, perfume and home scents, message Lê Mai directly. When a question cannot be answered on social media, Lê Mai will refer you to someone who can help.

Not accepted
- Hate speech
- In any form.
- Continued private messages
- After the other person has asked you to stop.
- Obscene content
- Text, images, GIFs or emoji of a sexual or obscene nature.
- Harmful behaviour
- Fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, invasion of privacy, spam, tricking others into giving personal information, unsolicited selling, posting links to suspicious sites.
- Copyright infringement
- Using content, images or intellectual property of Lê Mai or of others without permission.
Community members remain responsible before the law, and are bound by these guidelines together with the Terms of Service. Lê Mai may hide or remove content that violates them.
Lê Mai may reuse posts
By posting on the social media channels of Lê Mai, you agree that Lê Mai may reuse the post, along with any ideas or methods in it, anywhere: on the website, on social media, and internally.
For this reason, do not post ideas or materials you wish to keep confidential or expect to be paid for.
The name, profile picture and account of the person posting appear with the post. When Lê Mai reuses the post elsewhere, this information appears with it.
