Cancelling before delivery

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation, by email at lemai@lemaivietnam.com.vn. There is no cancellation fee.

Once the order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Eligible for exchange or return

Within 24 hours of receipt, in any of the following cases:

• Wrong model, colour or size delivered, or missing accessories.
• The product was broken or damaged in transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is substandard, does not work, or has expired.

Lê Mai refunds you and covers shipping both ways. Each product can be exchanged once.

Not eligible for exchange or return

• Promotional or discounted products, or free gifts.
• Products sold bundled with other products.
• Products damaged by the customer during receipt or use, such as torn packaging or improper use.
• No invoice or order number.
• Any case not on the eligible list above.

Shipping costs for returns

Fault on Lê Mai's side

Lê Mai covers shipping both ways.

Not eligible

If, after inspection, the product does not meet the return conditions, the customer pays to have it sent back.

How to return

1. Email lemai@lemaivietnam.com.vn. Lê Mai will reply with the return address.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging, with the invoice, order number, receipt, and any free gifts.
3. Lê Mai must receive the return within 15 days of successful delivery. After 15 days, Lê Mai cannot accept it.
4. Lê Mai updates you on processing by email. Refunds for faulty products are made within 5 to 7 working days.
