Two delivery options

Same-day delivery

Ho Chi Minh City only. Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered the same day, via Grab or Ahamove. The fee depends on the time and distance; Lê Mai will confirm the fee with you after you place your order.

2 to 4 day delivery

Nationwide, via Giao Hàng Nhanh. Shipping from 20,000 VND.

Delivery days

Lê Mai delivers Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Monday. Public holidays are not counted in the delivery time.

Processing time starts when Lê Mai confirms your order. You may request a different delivery time.

Payment

Bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), online card, PayPal. Details in our Payment Policy.

Scope and carriers

This policy applies to all orders placed on the website, on our fanpage, by phone, or in store. Orders are delivered to the address you provide, via Grab, Ahamove, Giao Hàng Nhanh and equivalent carriers.

On receiving your order

Sign for the delivery with the courier. Check the quantity and type of items delivered. Keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for reference if needed.

Failed delivery

Same-day delivery

If the order cannot be delivered, the courier returns it to Lê Mai. Lê Mai will contact you to arrange the next delivery. The fee for the next delivery is paid by the customer.

2 to 4 day delivery

Each order is attempted at most 2 times. After the first failed attempt, Lê Mai will contact you to arrange redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, or if we receive no response from you, the order is no longer valid.

Damaged or incorrect items

Lê Mai is responsible for your order until it reaches you. If items are broken or damaged in transit, or the wrong items are delivered, notify Lê Mai within 24 hours of receipt. Lê Mai will refund you and cover shipping both ways.
