Ricard 1932 Artisanal Soap No.018 is handmade by cold process, with star anise essential oil (Illicium verum) and star anise powder.

A 13 ingredient formula, about 30% almond oil, with cocoa butter, shea butter and tamanu oil. Natural glycerin formed during saponification holds moisture, so skin does not feel dry after bathing.

For face and body, every day, suited to mature skin. Softens the skin and helps with fine lines, post blemish marks and dark circles under the eyes.

Lê Mai Vietnam drew on the distinctive scent of Star Anise, central to East Asian cooking and traditional medicine, to create Ricard 1932, a handmade soap for mature skin. Star Anise Essential Oil No.018 is combined with pure Star Anise powder and a premium Almond Oil base (~30%), offering complete care for mature skin on the face and body.

How to use

Wet your skin and the soap bar with warm water
Work into a lather in your hands or on a bath sponge; massage gently over the skin to cleanse
Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft towel
Use 1-2 times a day on the face; daily on the body

Safety notes

Star anise essential oil contains trans-anethole (a skin sensitiser). Do not use at high concentrations on sensitive skin.

Sensitive skin: do a patch test on the wrist 24h before first use
Avoid direct contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture; 6 months after opening.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, at a temperature below 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. After use, place the soap on a draining dish to dry naturally.
