Ochre Reed Diffuser No.946, an oriental musk. Ochre is the colour of baked earth, of desert cliffs at dusk. A scent with clear character, set on black musk.

Top notes: bergamot, blackcurrant. Middle notes: ylang ylang, spices. Base notes: patchouli, vanilla, balsam, black musk.

It opens with lightly bitter citrus and tart berry. The heart is sweet tropical flower with a thread of spice. The base is damp earth, vanilla, resin and musk.

For living rooms, studios, creative spaces and bars; best in autumn and winter, and in the evening.

Ochre Reed Diffuser is an Oriental Musk scent by Lê Mai Vietnam, inspired by the terracotta color of desert cliffs at sunset, strong and full of character. The Base Note leads, with Black Musk as the signature note, wrapping the spice and floral middle and the citrus and fruit top.

TOP NOTE: Bergamot, Blackcurrant: lightly bitter citrus blended with tart purple berries, crisp and cool.
MIDDLE NOTE: Ylang-Ylang, Spices: sweet, rich tropical petals interwoven with spice.
BASE NOTE: Patchouli, Vanilla, Balsam, Black Musk: damp earth, caramel vanilla, resin and deep black musk.

How to use

Open the essential oil bottle (remove the seal if any)
Insert the reeds (rattan or bamboo, included) into the bottle, then wait 1–2 hours for the oil to soak up and begin to diffuse
After 5–7 days, flip the reeds once to keep the scent spreading strongly
Adjust scent strength with the number of reeds: 2–3 reeds for small rooms; 5–6 reeds for large rooms
Do NOT spray, swallow or apply the oil to skin, hair or face; do NOT let the oil touch painted or polished wood surfaces

Keep out of reach of children and pets: essential oils are not safe to swallow
Keep away from flames, candles and hot electrical devices
Keep essential oil away from the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water
Avoid direct contact with sensitive skin; Patchouli and Spices may cause irritation
Do not place on glossy painted surfaces, gemstones or jewellery: it may stain or corrode
Pregnant women and those allergic to fragrance: try it in a small room for a few days before using it in a larger one

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 6 months after opening.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, at a temperature below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Close the cap tightly when not in use to reduce evaporation.
