How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 0.5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 3 drops essential oil in 30ml of carrier oil. Use for relaxing massage or dab on the neck and wrists.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 3–5 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Blending: use 1–2 drops as a base note when creating your own essential oil blend.

Safety notes

Maximum 0.5% dilute before applying to skin (about 3 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.
