Bergamot essential oil No.009, cold pressed from the outer peel of Citrus bergamia. A bright, layered citrus scent.
Fresh citrus opens, followed by a light floral layer from linalool, then a brief warm balsamic base. Not too sweet, not too sour.
Often used in aromatherapy and perfumery, it freshens a room. Pairs well with lavender, ylang ylang and sandalwood.
Note: may cause photosensitivity on skin. Avoid sunlight for at least 12 hours after applying. Dilute to a maximum of 1% for skin use. Suitable for children from 2 years when properly diluted.
