Essential Oil Blend No.922, Ancient Lotus. Aquatic and floral. Early mist over an old lotus pond: cool, clear, with fragrant earth and a trace of smoke.

Top notes: yuzu, lemon, mandarin, calone. Middle notes: lotus, nutmeg, geranium, cinnamon. Base notes: musk, vetiver, tobacco.

Yuzu, lemon, mandarin and the marine note of calone open fresh. Lotus, soft geranium, warm cinnamon and nutmeg sit in the middle. Musk, vetiver and tobacco stay long and deep. Pure essential oil.

Blend #922 is an essential oil from Lê Mai Vietnam, with Aquatic, Floral scent tone , evoking early morning mist over an ancient lotus pond, cool, clear and pure. A blend balanced across Top, Middle and Base, with a bright top of Yuzu and Japanese citrus, a heart of lotus and warm spice, and an earthy, deep base of Musk, Vetiver and soft Tobacco, creating a scent portrait both natural and deep.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 4–8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 6 drops blend in 30ml carrier oil. Avoid applying to skin exposed to direct sunlight as it contains citrus (Yuzu, Lemon, Mandarin).
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of fresh whole milk or Epsom salt and add to a warm bath.
Candles and soap blending: use 3–6% blend in candle wax or soap base to create a signature scent.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted. Patch test on the inner wrist 24 hours before first use, especially for sensitive skin (the Cinnamon component may cause mild irritation on sensitive skin). Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Photosensitivity: The blend contains Yuzu, Lemon and Mandarin (cold-pressed citrus). After applying to the skin, avoid direct sunlight for at least 12 hours to prevent the risk of light-induced skin irritation.

Safe for children from 5 years at a maximum dilution of 0.5%. Children under 5 should consult a doctor. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture; 9 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
