How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 4 to 8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30 to 60 minutes at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 6 drops blend in 30ml carrier oil. Massage the neck, shoulders and back to relax.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5 to 8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Candle or soap blending: use 3 to 6% of the blend in candle wax or soap base to create a signature scent.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted. Patch test on the inner wrist 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

The blend contains Camphora and Star Anise: not recommended for people with a history of epilepsy, children under 6 or pregnant women. Safe for children aged 6 and over when diluted to a maximum of 0.5%. Consult a doctor for children under 6. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
