How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or candle dish; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day to freshen the space.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1.7% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 10 drops essential oil in 30ml of carrier oil. Massage the neck, shoulders and temples to ease tension.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Soothing inhalation: put 1–2 drops on a handkerchief, inhale deeply 3–5 times to feel alert and ease mild nausea.

Safety notes

Maximum 1.7% dilute before applying to skin (about 10 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Safe for children from 2 years old, diluted to a maximum of 1%. Children under 2 should consult a doctor before use. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
