How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 3% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 18 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. Massage, or apply to the temples and pressure points for headaches.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–6 drops with a spoonful of fresh whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a cool bath.
Digestive support: dilute to 2% and rub gently around the abdomen in a clockwise direction.

Safety notes

Maximum 5.4% dilute before applying to skin (about 33 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant or breastfeeding: consult a doctor before use. Do not use on children under 6, and especially do not apply near the face, nose or chest.

People with G6PD deficiency: consult a doctor before use. If you are taking antacids, consult a doctor before using peppermint essential oil.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
