Organic Peppermint Essential Oil No.090 is steam distilled from the whole Mentha piperita plant, grown organically in India and certified organic at source. The scent is cold, clean and clear.

It belongs to the herbal family and sits as a top note. Natural menthol gives its characteristic coolness. It pairs well with lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree and bergamot.

How to use: 3 to 6 drops in a diffuser; diluted in a carrier oil for massage; or 5 to 8 drops in the bath.

Dilute to a maximum of 5.4% for use on skin. Not for children under 6.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 5.4% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 32 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, skin care and spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Supports focus: add 1–2 drops to a tissue or your palm, hold gently to the nose and breathe deeply when you need to feel alert.

Safety notes

Maximum 5.4% dilute before applying to skin (about 32 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Not for children under 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding: consult a doctor before use.

Do not use if you have a history of G6PD enzyme deficiency (G6PD deficiency). People with epilepsy or high blood pressure: consult a doctor before regular use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
