Thyme ct. thymol Essential Oil is a premium single note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, steam distilled from the leaves and flowering stems of Thymus vulgaris ct. thymol grown in Mediterranean. A sharp, warm and commanding herbal scent; brings alert energy and purifies the surrounding air.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1.3% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 8 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, skin care and spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.

Safety notes

Maximum 1.3% dilute before applying to skin (about 8 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant or breastfeeding: not recommended. Children under 2: do not use.

Thymol and Carvacrol are phenolic compounds; high concentrations may irritate the skin. Always follow dilution limits and patch test before regular use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
