How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1–2% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 6–12 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, skin care and spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Room deodorizing: add 4–6 drops to a spray bottle with water and a little alcohol, shake well and spray.

Safety notes

Do not apply undiluted essential oil to skin. Dilute 1–2% with carrier oil (about 6–12 drops in 30ml carrier oil) before applying to skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: consult a doctor before use. Safe for children from 2 years old diluted below 1%.

⚠️ Light caution (Photosensitivity): As a citrus oil, avoid direct sunlight for at least 12 hours after applying diluted to the skin.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture; 6 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
