Blue Chamomile Essential Oil is a premium single-note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, extracted by steam distillation from the flowers of Matricaria recutita grown in Morocco. Scent FLORAL - EARTHY gentle, cool and deep, with a distinctive blue color from chamazulene, a sign of pure quality.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 6 drops essential oil in 30ml carrier oil. For relaxing massage, night skin care and spot application on the temples.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 4–6 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Sleep support: put 1–2 drops on your pillow or in a diffuser 30 minutes before sleep.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

People allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae family (chrysanthemum, sunflower) should patch test carefully. Safe for children aged 2 and over at a suitable dilution. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
