How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 2% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 12 drops essential oil in 30ml carrier oil. For relaxing massage, night skin care, and spot application on the neck and behind the ears.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Sleep support: put 2–3 drops on a pillow or fabric and place it near the bed for a relaxing space.

Safety notes

Maximum 2% dilute before applying to skin (about 12 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Rosewood is classed as a safe essential oil, with Linalool as its dominant component. Safe for children aged 2 and over when diluted to a maximum of 0.5%. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
