How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3 to 5 drops to a diffuser; use for 30 to 60 minutes at a time, 2 to 3 times a day, to purify the air and refresh the mind.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 20% with a carrier oil (jojoba, coconut, almond), equivalent to about 12 drops in 30ml of carrier oil. Apply to the chest, back or tense muscles to support breathing and relax the muscles.
Direct inhalation (Inhalation): add 1 to 2 drops to a tissue; breathe deeply when your nose feels blocked or your mind feels tired.
Steam inhalation: add 2 to 3 drops to a bowl of hot water; cover your head with a towel and breathe for 5 to 10 minutes to help clear the airways.

Safety notes

Pine Wood Essential Oil is steam distilled from the needles non-photosensitizing. Dilute to a maximum of 20% when applied to skin. Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin. Patch test on the wrist 24 hours before first use. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Not for children under 2. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. People with a history of asthma or respiratory conditions should consult a health professional before use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
