Jasmine essential oil (Jasmine Absolute) is a premium single-note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, solvent extracted from fresh flowers of Jasminum grandiflorum grown in India and Egypt. Scent floral sweet, rich and mysterious: Jasmine Absolute is one of the rarest and most complex materials in perfumery and aromatherapy.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 2–4 drops to a diffuser; use 20–30 minutes at a time. The scent is very strong, start with 2 drops and ensure good ventilation.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 0.7% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 4 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, facial care, spot application behind the ears / on the wrists.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 3–5 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Personal perfume: dilute 0.5–0.7% in jojoba oil as a perfume oil, apply behind the ears, on the wrists and inner elbows.

Safety notes

Maximum 0.7% dilute before applying to skin (about 4 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). Risk of sensitization if used at too high a concentration. Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use: dilute, apply a dot behind the ear or on the wrist, and wait 24 hours. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: consult a doctor before use. Not recommended in the first trimester. Children under 2: do not use. Children from 2: indirect diffusion only, do not apply to skin.

Very strong scent: diffusing too much or for too long may cause headaches; start with 2 drops and adjust to taste.
