How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 30 drops essential oil in 30ml carrier oil. For relaxing massage and skin care; spot-apply to the neck and behind the ears.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
For meditation: place 1 drop in your palm, rub gently and breathe deeply before a 5-minute meditation.

Safety notes

Maximum 5% dilute before applying to skin (about 30 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Cedarwood is not photosensitizing. Safe for children from 2 years at a maximum dilution of 0.5%. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
