Rosemary Essential Oil No.032. From the branches and leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis grown in Spain. A fresh, green herbal scent with a camphor note.

Steam distilled. The sunny Mediterranean climate and open soil give an oil with a clear, lasting scent.

Suggested use: diffuse when you need focus and alertness. Dilute in a carrier oil to massage the back, shoulders and neck. Pairs well with lavender, lemon, peppermint and eucalyptus.

Caution: not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 2. Use with care in cases of epilepsy or high blood pressure. Always dilute before applying to skin.

Rosemary Essential Oil is a premium single note essential oil from Lê Mai Vietnam, extracted by steam distillation from the leaves and flowering tops of Rosmarinus officinalis grown in Spain. Scent herbal bright, sharp and refreshing: stimulates the mind and clears the head.

1,8-Cineole (Eucalyptol) — 35–55%
Camphor — 8–20%

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 16.5% with carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut): for example 12 drops (2%) in 30ml of carrier oil for daily use. Massage, skin care, spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole fresh milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Hair & scalp care: add 2–3 drops to shampoo or mix with jojoba oil for a scalp massage.

Safety notes

Maximum 16.5% dilute before applying to skin. Do not apply undiluted essential oil to skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: DO NOT use (camphor content). People with epilepsy or high blood pressure: not recommended. Children under 2: do not use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
