Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil is a premium pure essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, extracted by steam distillation from fresh leaves of Eucalyptus globulus grown in India. Scent herbal fresh, clean, cool and airy, like a morning breeze in a eucalyptus forest, bringing an instant sense of alertness and easy breathing.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 20% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 120 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. Suitable for massaging the chest, neck and back when breathing feels difficult or muscles ache.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Steam Inhalation: add 2–3 drops to a bowl of warm water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes to quickly clear the nose.

Safety notes

Maximum 20% dilute before applying to skin (about 120 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Do not apply directly to the face, chest or nose of children under 10 — may trigger airway spasms. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: consult a doctor before use.

People with epilepsy or being treated for low blood pressure should use with caution and consult a doctor before use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
