How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time. Turmeric has a strong scent, so start low and pair with Citrus or Woody oils for balance.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with a carrier oil (jojoba, coconut, sunflower), equivalent to 6 drops essential oil in 30ml of carrier oil. Use for massage to reduce inflammation, nourish the skin, and apply to joints and muscles.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 4–6 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Blends well with: combine with Lemon, Orange, Frankincense, Ginger, Cardamom for a warm, deep and distinctive blend.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Turmeric Essential Oil has a light yellow color; take care on fabrics or color-sensitive surfaces. Not for use during pregnancy as it may stimulate the uterus at high doses. Not recommended for children under 6. Non-photosensitising.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
