Frankincense essential oil is a premium single-note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, steam-distilled from the dried resin of Boswellia frereana Birdwood grown in India. A warm, balsamic and contemplative resinous scent, tied to thousands of years of human ritual and meditation.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 2% with carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut): for example 12 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, facial care and spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Meditation support: add 1–2 drops to your palms, rub together and breathe deeply before and during meditation.

Safety notes

Maximum 2% dilute before applying to skin (about 12 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult a doctor before use. Safe for children from 6 years at a maximum dilution of 0,5–1%.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
