Lavender Essential Oil is a premium single-note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, extracted by steam distillation from the flowers of Lavandula angustifolia grown in Bulgaria. A soft floral, herbaceous and fresh scent, bringing a sense of peace and deep relaxation with every breath.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 30 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. For massage, skin care and spot application.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Sleep support: place 2–3 drops on your pillow or diffuse for 30 minutes before sleep.

Safety notes

Maximum 5% dilute before applying to skin (about 30 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use: dilute, apply a dot behind the ear or on the wrist, wait 24 hours. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: may be used at low concentration (≤1%); consult a doctor before regular use. Safe for children from 2 years at a maximum dilution of 0.5%.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
