How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. 30 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. Massage, skin care, spot application on the temples.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Sleep support: add 2–3 drops to your pillow or a cotton cloth placed near the bed before sleep.

Safety notes

Maximum 5% dilute before applying to skin (about 30 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: may be used at a maximum concentration of 1%; consult a doctor before use. Safe for children from 2 years old at a maximum concentration of 0.5%.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
