How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 0.7% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), e.g. about 4 drops EO in 30ml carrier oil. Massage the back, shoulders and muscles after exercise.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Insect repellent: put a few drops on a cotton cloth near the window, or diffuse in the bedroom before bedtime.

Safety notes

Maximum 0.7% dilute before applying to skin (about 4 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test before first use: dilute, apply a small dot behind the ear or on the wrist, and wait 24 hours. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: consult a doctor before regular use. Safe for children from 2 years old and older when diluted at the correct concentration.

Lemongrass is high in citral: it can irritate the skin if used at too high a concentration or undiluted. Avoid long-term use at high concentrations on the skin to prevent sensitization.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
