How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 2% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 12 drops essential oil in 30ml carrier oil. For facial care and relaxing massage; spot-apply to the neck and behind the ears.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Direct inhalation (Inhalation): add 1–2 drops to a towel or your palm, breathe deeply for 5 minutes to relax and lift your mood.

Safety notes

Maximum 2% dilute before applying to skin (about 12 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Palmarosa is non-photosensitizing. Safe for children aged 2 and over, diluted to a maximum of 0.5%. Pregnant and breastfeeding women may use it diluted but should consult a doctor first.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
