How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 2,5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 15 drops essential oil in 30ml of carrier oil. For relaxing massage, skin care, spot application on the abdomen and lower back.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Direct inhalation: put 1 drop in your palm, rub gently and breathe deeply for 5 minutes to feel alert and focused.

Safety notes

Maximum 2,5% dilute before applying to skin (about 15 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use for children under 5. Do not use with endometriosis or estrogen-dependent cancers. Fenchone may affect the nervous system with prolonged high-dose use; Estragole carries a potential risk with high doses over long periods. Follow the recommended dilution.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
