How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with carrier oil: equivalent to 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil. Use for massage or skin care.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 4–6 drops with a spoonful of milk or Epsom salt and add to a warm bath.
Blending: use as a middle note in a perfume blend or personal care product, at 5–15% of the total blend.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Safe for children from 2 years, at a maximum dilution of 0.5%. Not for children under 2. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture; 12 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
