Green Tea Essential Oil is a single-note essential oil from Lê Mai Vietnam, extracted by the absolute method from the leaves of Camellia sinensis grown in India. Scent HERBAL fresh, clean and pure, bringing a refreshing and gently peaceful feeling.

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 0.2% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 1 drop essential oil in 30ml carrier oil. Use for skin care or dab a little on the neck and wrists.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 2–3 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Direct inhalation: add 1 drop to a handkerchief or shirt cuff and breathe gently to stay alert and focused.

Safety notes

Maximum 0.2% dilute before applying to skin (about 1 drop in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Absolute oils may irritate the skin at high concentrations. Not for children under 12. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
