Cypress Essential Oil is a single note essential oil from the brand Lê Mai Vietnam, steam distilled from the leaves and stems of Cupressus sempervirens grown in Spain. How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 3–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times/day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 2% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 6 drops essential oil in 30ml of carrier oil. For relaxing massage, spot application on the neck and chest.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 4–6 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
For meditation: place 1 drop in your palm, rub gently and breathe deeply before a 5-minute meditation.

Safety notes

Maximum 2% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted essential oil to the skin. Patch test on the inner wrist for 24 hours before first use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Cypress Essential Oil is non-phototoxic. Safe for children from 2 years when diluted to a maximum of 0.5%. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
