Bitter Melon Artisanal Soap No.094 is handmade by the cold process, from plant oils, bitter melon powder and concentrated bitter melon juice (Momordica charantia). Its scent comes from blend #094, cool and herbal.

The formula has 14 ingredients, led by more than 30% sweet almond oil, with cocoa butter, neem seed oil and spirulina. Suited to oily skin, for face and body. Natural glycerin keeps a light moisture and does not dry the skin.

Cleanses deeply and controls oil. The bitter melon juice feels cool. Spirulina adds vitamins and minerals. A scent of sweet basil and peppermint. For daily use.

Bitter melon is a familiar vegetable in Vietnamese cooking, rich in Vitamin C and minerals, long used as a cooling, cleansing food. Lê Mai Vietnam brings Bitter Melon extract into the cold process to create an all-natural soap bar for oily skin: it deep-cleans, controls oil and gives an instant cooling feel. Paired with Essential Oil Blend #094 Cool Herbal Notes, every shower is a refreshing moment with fresh herbal notes.

How to use

Wet your skin and the soap bar with warm water
Work into a lather in your hands or on a bath sponge; massage gently over the skin to cleanse
Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft towel
Use 1-2 times a day on the face; daily on the body

Safety notes

Essential Oil Blend #094 contains peppermint (Mentha Piperita) and basil (Ocimum Basilicum) essential oils.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before regular use
Do not use directly on children under 2 because of the peppermint essential oil
Sensitive skin: do a patch test on the wrist 24h before first use
Avoid direct contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture; 6 months after opening.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, at a temperature below 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. After use, place the soap on a draining dish to dry naturally.
