How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 4–8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 0.5% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 3 drops blend in 30ml carrier oil (due to the Clove component). Massage the neck, shoulders and temples to relax.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Candles and soap blending: use 3–6% blend in candle wax or soap base to create a signature scent.

Safety notes

Maximum 0.5% dilute before applying to skin (about 3 drops in 30ml carrier oil), limited due to the component Clove. Do not apply undiluted. Do a patch test on the inner wrist 24 hours before first use, especially because of the ingredient Peru balsam may cause skin sensitisation (per IFRA). Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Not recommended for children under 5. Children aged 5 and over: dilute to a maximum of 0.25% and consult a doctor before use. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
