Essential Oil Blend No.107 is a blend of tea and precious woods. Green, black and white tea over rosewood, sandalwood and cypress.

Top notes: green tea, black tea, white tea. Middle notes: coriander seed, ylang ylang, clary sage. Base notes: rosewood, sandalwood, cypress.

It opens with fresh green tea, warm black tea and light white tea. The heart is warm, spicy coriander seed, sweet ylang ylang and clary sage, dry like old leaves. The base is soft sweet wood, creamy sandalwood and dry, warm cypress, lasting long.

Suited to quiet moments, tea, reading or receiving guests. Blended by hand. Pure oils, unadulterated, not synthetic.

Hand-blended and balanced across Top, Middle and Base, the blend evokes an old Eastern tea room as tea is poured and incense wood drifts through the late afternoon.

Top, a trio of tea leaves:

Green tea : bright young grass, refreshing, evoking early morning dew
Black tea — warm orange tannins, rich, evoking warm afternoon tea

Middle, a floral-spicy heart:

Coriander seed: warm, spicy, herbal coriander with a light boozy note
Ylang ylang — deep, sweet tropical flowers, exotic floral
Clary sage: dry earth and aged leaves, a warm, deep herbal sage smudge

Base, a classic precious wood foundation:

Rosewood — soft and sweet, a light rosy floral over wood, gently nourishing

How to use

Diffusing (Aromatherapy): add 4–8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner; use for 30–60 minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day in a well-ventilated space.
Diluted on skin (Topical): max dilution 1% with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut), equivalent to 6 drops blend in 30ml carrier oil. Massage the neck, shoulders, temples and soles of the feet.
Relaxing bath (Bath): mix 5–8 drops with a spoonful of whole milk or Epsom salt, then add to a warm bath.
Candles and soap blending: use 2–3% of the blend in candle wax or soap base to create a tea-room signature scent.

Safety notes

Maximum 1% dilute before applying to skin (about 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). Do not apply undiluted. 24-hour patch test on the inner wrist before first use (contains Ylang ylang, may cause skin sensitization). Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.

Safe for children from 6 years old at a maximum dilution of 0.5%. Children under 6 should consult a doctor before use. Pregnant and breastfeeding women DO NOT use (Clary sage thujone, neurotoxic). People with epilepsy DO NOT use (clary sage thujone). People with low blood pressure should take care (ylang ylang may lower blood pressure). Keep out of reach of children.

Storage instructions

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture; 9 months after opening.

Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Close the cap tightly after use and keep the bottle upright.
